Terms & Conditions
1. All items are pre-ordered from Taiwan/Hong Kong/Korea/USA
2. Only paid orders will be taken in. NO payment means NO order. (This is to prevent irresponsible/dead buyers)
3. Cancellations or amendments are not allowed after orders are placed with supplier.
4. Items will arrive around 2 - 4 weeks' time after our orders are placed and finalized with supplier. If needed, pls allow around 3 - 4 week for re-stocking.
5. A full refund will be made if items are out-of-stock.
6. Seller will not hold responsibility for lost mails if normal postage is chosen by buyer. (Registered mail is recommended for ex. items)
7. All items will be checked for defects by supplier before arriving.
8. Because some fabrics are stretchable, pls allow about 2cm discrepancy for measurements stated due to different ways of measurement.
9. Colours may differ slightly due to monitor's resolution.
10. No exchange or refund of items.
